Fanova Creative Studio – FZCO (“Fanova”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data collected through fanovacreativegroup.com (the “website”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Personal data we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional) and your message.
- Marketing check-up: your answers, plus your name, company and email address if you choose to send them to us.
- Correspondence: the content of emails and messages you send us.
- Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep the website secure. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data or confidential business information through the website forms.
2. How and why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry or check-up answers.
- To prepare a proposal and arrange a meeting at your request.
- To keep a record of our communication.
- To keep the website secure and to comply with our legal obligations.

- Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and form processing.
- Google LLC (USA): font delivery.
- Our email service provider, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers store data outside the UAE, including in the United States. We use only providers that apply appropriate security standards and contractual safeguards, as required by UAE law.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your enquiry and our correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact. If we enter into a contract with you, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
7. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to our team. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
